Eitmam Domestic Workers is a Tadbeer center in the UAE. Tadbeer centers are government-supported facilities licensed by the Ministry of Human Resources & Emiratisation (MoHRE) that offer a centralized and transparent system for recruitment services and labor assistance in hiring domestic workers. The process

Hiring a domestic worker through a Tadbeer center is a straightforward process.

  • Potential employers need to fill out an application online or in-person and must specify their requirements and the category of domestic worker needed.
  • The center then shares the personal files of workers who match the specified criteria and arranges interviews with selected candidates.
  • After successful interviews, they set the contractual terms based on the employer’s requirements, ensuring they respect the workers’ basic rights and allow them to file complaints about any issues they encounter.
  • There’s also a review process whereby the management center follows up to ensure the satisfaction of both the worker and the employer.
  • In the event of any disagreements, the center works to find suitable solutions or arrange for a replacement, as requested by either party.

The challenges
